QuickBooks Data: When you authorize the Application to connect to your QuickBooks Online account, we may access financial data including but not limited to:

• Invoice, bill, and payment data
• Account balances and reports

Usage Data: We automatically collect information about how you interact with the Application, including access times, features used, and error logs.

Device Information: We may collect browser type, operating system, and IP address for security and analytics purposes.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Provide, operate, and maintain the Application’s functionality;
• Process and display your QuickBooks financial data within the Application;
• Improve and develop new features for the Application;
• Communicate with you about your account, updates, and support;

3. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information or QuickBooks data. We may share information only in the following circumstances:

When you disconnect the Application from your QuickBooks account or request data deletion, we will delete your QuickBooks data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

The Application is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that we have collected information from a child, we will promptly delete it.

9. Third-Party Services

The Application integrates with QuickBooks Online, which is operated by Intuit Inc. Your use of QuickBooks is governed by Intuit’s own privacy policy and terms of service. We encourage you to review Intuit’s privacy practices.

We may use cookies and similar technologies to maintain session state, remember preferences, and analyze usage patterns. You can control cookie settings through your browser, though disabling cookies may affect the Application’s functionality.
